Based on your response, I also used the "LIVE CHAT" this am. I worked with Susan Ray and she contacted Janie. Janie was working with Bonita yesterday, so she remembered. They 'expired" the use of the AT&T address book. I have since powered off, and did a full hard reboot *just in case." Then, I resynced my contacts (mine were all deleted this am before I could stop it... when it synced with AT&T address book.) And did another power down and resynced. So far so good!!!

Stop waisting your time trying to remove the AT&T Address Book yourself. Call AT&T tech support to to disable the AT&T Address Book.
I spent half day trying to do it by myself but with no avail. so I call AT&T tech support and they removed it in less than 30 seconds. Sync with my Outlook like a champ now...

This just cost me half a day. Blackberry needs to get rid of this if they're going to survive....
And not being able to read this thread is why something like this cost you half a day.
