How do I download my contacts onto my Mac?

If anyone could help - I will be so grateful... when I plug my BB into my Mac I'm trying to download all my contacts onto my computer but the follow message comes up ..

" Contacts are currently configured for wireless synchronization" - so I follow the instructions about the Address Book and turning wireless synchronization field to No but the only problem is that my Address Book doesn't have that option "Wireless Sync".

Any ideas? Many thanks

Can you try this :

KB22430 : How to enable or disable wireless contact synchronization with BlackBerry Internet Service

Also Open your Address book or Contacts - press the menu key - Options - Contact list ( your email id ) Click on it - then on that screen Unmark Wireless Sync then save
