My friend set up my email on my Blackberry when I received it about 18 months ago. I am now trying to set up a second email address and am doing the following:
Email Setup - this then says Select an email setup option of which there is only one - I want to create or add an email address
next page - After you click next the Blackberry Internet Service setup application opens. After you finish setting up your email press the menu key and click close
next page - exisiting users type user name and password.
I have tried every thing I can think of that we would have used but no joy. How do I reset or find out what both are?

Ask your friend, perhaps?
Otherwise, you can have your mobile provider reset your BIS account or send you the password if you know the username. If they reset it, you can setup your email fresh all over again.
ALSO, Please try this FIRST, using your BlackBerry browser...
• Go to mobile.blackberry.com OR www.blackberry.com/integrate
• Scroll down to Communication and then to Email.
• Choose the appropriate email set up options.
If that works and completes your email setup/editing, good.
