Re: How do I reset my phone?

Hi ksdwelch

Welcome to Support Forums.

Please Check this Knowledge Base Article :

KB18998  :  How to reset the BlackBerry smartphone to factory defaults.

But first do your device backup using BlackBerry Desktop Software.

Re: How do I reset my phone?

There can be more to this depending on what you're doing with the phone. Are you wanting to give, sell, or transfer the phone to someone else or is this just so you can start over due some specific problem?

If you are just wanting to start over then be sure and make a backup first and then proceed with what Prince posted.

If you are transferring, selling, or giving the phone away you will want to remove all your email accounts first as the device pin may stay registered to you and the new owner won't be able to set up email.

Let us know what your intentions are and we can guide you further.
