How do I save my BB contacts to my mac but not the other way round?

I had a problem when I tried to update Twitter on my Curve 8520 & Vodafone have told me they will need to reload my BB software so I need to back up my data. All I want to do is save is my contact list. I do not want to copy all my Mac address book onto my phone as it contains my Christmas card list and nothing else. When I look at the BB app on the Mac it wants to sync my Mac addresses onto my BB which is NOT what I want to do. All I need is copy my BB contact list onto my Mac. Is there a way of doing it?
