You cannot, the current Desktop Manager does not support Act.

Are there any plans to change this? I seem to have had the same kind of issue with the HTC smart phone with Google to Outlook.

FYI -- just to set your expection, as per the TOS of this site, anyone who knows the answer to that question would be specifically barred from revealing it here...

 

FYI2 -- while clumsy, there are other means...try these two:

 

  • KB04312 Create and synchronize with an ASCII export file
    KB11194 How to import contacts from an CSV file to the BlackBerry device
