I want to delete one of my email accounts from my Bold 9900 but when I try to go into email settings, it tells me my phone isn't registerd. I've had my phone for about 8 months and never seen anything like this before. I've recently had my sim in a blackberry z10, I don't know if that's done something to it. Any suggestions?

The easiest way to accomplish this is to call O2 for assistance. They can delete the account from your files as well as give you access to their self-serve BIS site from which you can manage your accounts yourself in the future.
