How do you unlock a SPEED DIAL entry

Speed Dial 1 is for my voicemail, but I need to change the information and it won't let me do it.  There is a "lock" icon to the right of the entry.

Re: How do you unlock a SPEED DIAL entry

Hi

Try this

At Home Screen>Press Call Button (Green)>Press Menu remove-restore-blackberry-icons-1_2-120X120.jpg>View>Speed Dial List>Press 'W'

This should go to the letter W and you will see it says Voicemail press enter>Then choose another contact from address book.

NOTE: Create voicemail contact and use on the key you prefer

Regards

Hiren

*Doesn't work for Blackberry Torch 9800 to my knowledge

Re: How do you unlock a SPEED DIAL entry

This doesn't work.  Using the enter or ok buttons only dials the number.  And if I try the Menu key there is no option to edit or delete the entry like other speed dial entrys.  The #1 entry is locked.
