How to Reinstall Software 7.1 on BB Torch 9850

How do I reinstall software version 7.1 on my BB 9850.  The first time I received the updated version my Outlook calendar sync without any problems.  Something happened and now it reverted back to problems synchronizing.  I get that stupid error code: "connector specific error" again.  This has really been a pain!!!!
