As noted in the post above, if you do not remember the answers to your security question you will need to use the Welcome email to delete your ID and start over, or create a new ID using a new email address.

Thank you very much for helping me reset my password. I did not know that you can't reset from your BlackBerry (but I do now). I forgot to send my thanks to you back in December. I also don't know where to click Solution? for this post. I was able to give you kudos, but not identify a solution.

Im no blackberry expert, and i had the same problem.
I was going around in circles the only thing that seemed to work was signing in and creating a new account with a different e-mail address. not hugely practical but at least i can get access to my apps.

Please consult the following article from the BlackBerry Technical Solution Center on how to reset the BlackBerry ID password: KB26361
Ensure the email used for the BlackBerry ID is still active as a new email will be sent with reset instructions.
If the email account is no longer active, you will need to create a new BlackBerry ID using a new email account.

Please assist a friend whom has issue in reseting her App world password, neigther can she remember her answer to her recovery question.
