When I was setting up my Sprint Blackberry in the setup wizard I created an account for the phone. I remember my username, but not my password. When I try to have my password sent to my blackberry, the website on the phone says that the password was successfully sent to my phone. I never recieve a message. The email setup page has no options for changing the password, setting a new one, etc... Apparently I have to have this password to go anyfurther!!! Should I contact Sprint or is this something that RIM needs to get involved with?
please could someone help me...I paid all this money for an expensive phone with no email!!!
I dont want to have to reset the phone!! I dont even know if that would work.

PS that's why it's allways a good policy to use a password that is easy to remember, or at least write it down and keep it in a safe place.
