I just purchased a Blackberry Torch 9800, and put in a Speakout SIM card. Calls and texts work fine, but I can't seem to get any data working. Before I put in the Speakout card, I briefly had a Virgin Mobile SIM card in it, and the data didn't work there either. With both plans, I got the same message: "Browsing over the cellular network is not included as part of your current service plan". However, I've confirmed that data is included. Has anyone ever experienced this before?

Call Speakout and make sure they have THE BlackBerry data plan on your account.

I have the same problem. I am not sure what is meant by " THE BlackBerry data plan". They have a data plan on the phone number for my BB - but it does not work. Is that what is meant?
