How to? adding signature to appear on outgoing emails....

I have changed the signature on my PC and it does show up when I use my PC for outgoing mail but I cant figure out how to make it appear when I use the BB for outgoing mail.

Also....I tried getting into the email options, but I cant remember my username...I know...I know...

There is an option to choose if you forgot your password but not user name.  Thanks

I believe you need to do that on your carrier's website, guess you do need a username & password. Maybe call the carrier?

Perhaps someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Would like to know the answer definitively myself. Smiley Happy

You can click on the link to send the password, it should normally come as an SMS text message to your device.

Or you can call your carrier to reset the password.

But yes, you can change your BB sent email sig line at the BIS account where you are looking.

BES users can do so in their on-device email options.

Thanks JSanders. So you do do that on your carrier's webpage.
