How to ask doubtful question to RIM directly??

I'm Thai and many of Thai people use BB Smartphone as well as Playbook. I'm the one who using Playbook and having a doubtful question to RIM.

Every model of Smartphone comes to Thailand with Thai language but Playbook. Just don't understand ...

1. Why RIM doesn't develop to have the language of where BB wants to sell the device.

2. Why RIM can do Thai language on every Smartphone model but Playbook?

I think Middle East people has the same question with Arabic language, don't you??

Re: How to ask doubtful question to RIM directly??

hello,

about your second question : it is about priorities. It seems that RIM first focuses on languages that are based on the latin alphabet, then they will focus on the other languages. My guess is that the next language supported will be Indonesian (biggest market share), then Chinese and only after that other languages like Indian or Arabic ones. Thai should come far after that.
I do wonder why it takes such a long time, but on the other hand I would rather RIM to focus on features that we are all expecting like a spell correcter.

About your first question. I think RIM will eventually do that, but would you rather have a PlayBook without Thai input right now, or would you rather have nothing until Thai input is available ? Smiley Wink

Re: How to ask doubtful question to RIM directly??

sorry, I did not read the title of your message. There is no direct way to contact RIM. Your first contact should be your point of sale. Your second contact can be the @blackberryhelp account on Twitter.
