Can anyone provide keystrokes to get to the proper page to edit email settings? This is for a third party hosted internet email account using their own domain name. Our service migration requires our users to change their email username to be their full email address instead of just the part before @sign.
Because the old username is no longer valid, it's obviously erroring and requesting that they validate. Problem is they need to change the username first that it's attempting to validate with. The password has not changed. How do they bypass the Validation prompt to get at the settings ?
I'm almost certain there was a way to get past that screen and into the settings!?!
Or do they just need to delete and then re-add the account? Hoping to avoid wiping the saved/working password since typically many will have forgotten or claim to have never known their passwords, so they will all need resets!
