I recently purchased this game: https://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/4
I have a Bold 9900, and it was available for me on appworld so I assumed that it should be compatible with my handset.
However, the screen size is not set for the 9900 /9930 the game appears in the top left corner and the rest of the screen is all white. I emailed the company but no reply, I Even called them Internationally to Jordan and the employee said he would pass on my message but nothing happened.
I just noticed all the users who purchased this game are complaining in their reviews. How do I get Appworld to give me a refund for this game and more importantly to delete it from my apps list in Appworld I don't want to ever see it again as "Uninstalled" .
Please help me.

I'm not aware of AppWorld having a refund policy; it's up to each individual app developer to deal with that. One thing you can do is write a negative review which voices the same concern as other users. Don't do it just under the Reviews section of the app, do it on various forums and blogs and don't do it just against the app, mention the developer's name, too. You probably won't see your money again, but you can create a negative atmosphere for the developer. Eventually, enough people will steer clear of the developer, which should result in changes taking place.
As for getting the app name removed completely, that's not an option in AppWorld. RIM purposely does that so that you can get the app back at a later date if you delete it for some reason. Luckily, you can collapse that section so it's not apparent, but to get rid of the record of that app purchase is impossible.

Oh well, not bothed about the refund it's just 0.99 USD but I hate such cheap developers and wish RIM can help get rid of such crappy developers in collaboration with their customers.
This is the sole reason why I always purchase my apps from www.mobihand.com
They have the best customer service and if you don't like the app within 30 days or have any problems, they will refund it and delete it from your account no questions asked

To get a refund, you simply need to call your mobile provider and request such. They handle all support and refunds for AppWorld. If they refuse, ask them to escalate the call to RIM level tech support.
