How to clear memory

Hi All, I have a 3 week old ATT/8110 that I'd like to clear some memory on. I have epocrates, google maps and ATT navigator as 3rd party apps.I'm using a media card for pictures.I've read that one can delete unused preloaded media, languages and other apps with the app loader software. My app loader will only allow me to manipulate the 3rd party stuff, not the preloaded video etc. The BB web site shows a app loader screen shot of a large list of apps that can be deleted including preloaded stuff. Any ideas?? Thanks  BBmd33
