Hello Whether or not you can delete it depends on the software, older software will allow you too while newer software won't. Here's how to do it if you can, there's 2 ways depending, again, on S/W version.
1) Go to Menu>Options>Applications>Change 'Third party' to 'Addon'>Search for Blackberry Messenger - If it's there then you can remove it. If not it means BBM is a 'Core' application on your handset and cannot be removed.
2) Go to Menu>Options>Advanced options>Applications>Search for Blackberry Messenger. Try to delete it from there, again if it won't work it is a 'core' application. I
f you're not able to remove it you can highlight it on your main menu, press your Blackberry menu key and press 'Hide'. This will at least hide it on your menu so it's not in the way.
Hope this helps

My problem is that after receiving the confirmation email bbm on my iPhone, I try to create the account but he says that this email is already used.
I tried to sign in and click on forget my password, but it asks me an answer to a question that I don't know (2 kind of bike? )
For this I think there is a fault or someone else posted it in my email. And then I want to delete and then create a newborn.
Do you have any idea?
Thank you in advance.
