How to edit address book

My address book was transferred from my old cell phone and now I'd like to organize it better around the available fields in the Bold contact manager. I'd like to edit and modify on my computer for the ease of typing and then transfer the new contact list to the Bold. How can I do that?

Re: How to edit address book

Use Outlook or Outlood Express on your PC for the best seamless sync with Desktop Manager.

Re: How to edit address book

Thanks for helping. Is there anyway to get around the problem that my Outlook Express address book is full of email addresses I don't want on the Blackberry and the Blackberry has some that I don't want on Outlook Express? Is there a way to create another, separate Outlook Express address book just for this job?

Re: How to edit address book

Need just a little more help. Can you tell me how to open a second instance of Outlook Express? If I open it and then try to open it again, it just returns me to the already open one.

Re: How to edit address book

Your sync will only occur to the main contacts list in Outlook Express, so move OUT of the main contacts folder that that you wish not to sync.
