Click on the Triangle on the Bottom right corner.

Hi!

Are you referring to the tiny triangle (expand) button) of the Microsoft Windows taskbar?

Or is there a triangle button on the Blackberry Desktop Software?

Yup Microsoft button.
Will Pop up a Box with lots of system tray icons.
When you have your USB connected you will see it.

Safely remove icon was not visible. No other USB device was plugged in except for the phone. Will try to connect the phone again. Thanks for the help.
