How to erase old email account?

Hi, 

 

The issue is that I bought a BB used, and it still has the email account of the older owner. When I'm trying to create an account on the BIS website it says that it already have an account created.

 

I know that there's a way to erase it, but I don't know how....

 

Please help me!!!

Hi

 

I bought used BB and i try to use Enterprise Activation to activate new email account. The activation has completed and i can send/receive mail well, however the BB also download the old owner new mail into BB. How can i delete old email account ?

Hi furena,

 

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

You need to contact your mobile operator and ask them to remove the device from their BIS admin site. Until that you won't be able to use the same the device. Another option could be asking the BIS user ID and Password from the previous owner of the device.

Steps to Delete Email IDs mentioned below -

  1. Go to Email Settings icon on your device
  2. Login using the user name and password (if already set by you)
  3. Under Services click on Email Account
  4. Click on Delete any specific email ID
