My Bold 9700 was stolen recently, unfortunately in my country, Indonesia, not all BB device sold with bundling carrier.
There also distributor like PT. Teletama Artha Mandiri (TAM) where i bought my BB from and Comtech.
I've contact my carrier whose suggest me to contact TAM, which refuses to help because they only sold and service device.
So how do i contact RIM? there's no direct email i found on their website.

Sorry for your lose ! If you want to Contact RIM then the most easiest way is via your Carrier,You have to force them to Escalate it to RIM and I am sure they have that ability .There are some supports like Incident support but those services are not free http://us.blackberry.com/support/programs/technica
