Hi, This is my first BB so I am not too clued up on the use & set-up.
I need to get another enterprise activation email sent to me, I accidentally deleted it & I have not finished setting up my mobile internet & emails. Can you tell me how I can do this?
If I try & put in my email address & password on the 'Enterprise Activation' screen I get the following message... 'Activation request failed. A service connection is unavailable.'

Your email admin has to set it up for you again. They can get you activated with no problem. Sorry that happened though!

My best guess is you can contact your IT support group during regular business hours. I don't know if you have an on call person for this type of issue, so it may have to wait until tomorrow morning.
