Re: How to get rid of the lock icon at the firewall menu?

A padlock next to a setting normally indicates that an IT policy is in effect. Is your phone connected to a corporate BES server or a personal phone with just your personal email on it?

If on BES only your BESAdmin can assist you.

if you bought your phone online you can remove the policy
