So I literally just got my Blackberry today. And I was trying out all the settings, trying to get the feel of the phone and customise it as well. I came across a setting that determines how many icons are seen when the menu tab is opened. Originally, I had 6 in a row and now I have 4. I tried to change it back by changing the accesibility option in the option tab. HOWEVER, for some miraculous reason, it has gone missing and I can't change it back to 6 icons in a row. Can someone please help me fix it back?

I don't recall a six icons in a row setting.
Perhaps you had a different theme installed?

Sorry, I missed that part. Let's try this...
From the home screen, go to Menu > Options. Scroll down to "Reset. To Default Settings". Click the "Reset Settings" button and select "Icon Arrangement". After you've done this, I would suggest a battery pull. I think this should do the trick.
Note that, while this might solve your problem, any rearranging of icons you've done will be lost.

Hmmm. Take a look at the Accessibility screen again. Has the battery pull made any difference? Is the option to set to default available again?
If not, you may want to wait to see if any other members have any ideas.
If you have a recent backup you would be Ok with, that's an option. The only other action I can think of is the extreme one - a wipe, which essentially takes you back to "out of the box". You would have to set up from scratch.
Sorry I couldn't help more. ~ecm
