Re: How to listen to wave files in e-mail

What BlackBerry device do you have, and what operating system? You should be able to open .wav files as e-mail attachments if you are using handheld operating system v4.2 and higher.

Is your e-mail account set up directly in BIS/BES, or are you getting your messages delivered via the Desktop Redirector?

Re: How to listen to wave files in e-mail

hello,

the blackberry message client is able to read only some types of attachment. Including JPG, PDF, XLS, PPT and some others. But not CSV or WAV.

the official list is on the Blackberry site, but not many details about media files.

blackberry support center >> How to download and save an email message attachment in its native file...
