HowTo: Change path of music sync on PC

I notice the BB Desktop Manager app uses 'Public Music' on my PC as a path with which to sync the music files. Since I don't use any of the 'Public' folders, I'd like to reconfigure the BB Desktop Manager app to use the folder in which I do keep my music. But the app's settings don't seem to support such a configuration. So my question to the community is, how do I change the path of the directory that gets sync'd by the BB Desktop Manager app? Many thanks in advance.

Re: HowTo: Change path of music sync on PC

It only interfaces with Windows Media Player or iTunes.

It sounds like it's using Media Player on your computer.

If you add your music folder to Windows Media Player, you should see the music become available in Desktop.

Re: HowTo: Change path of music sync on PC

I added my music folder to WMP, and the BB Desktop Manager complained of there being no music in there, so I put one in the root music folder to see of it'll see it & no, it still thinks it's empty. Oh, well. A limitation of BB I suppose. I can still use the file manager & drop stuff in there.
