I AM AN EMPLOYEE FOR VERIZON WIRELESS AND DUE TO A FEW DEVICE COMPLICATIONS, I HAVE HAD TO SWITCH MY BLACKBERRY OUT A COUPLE TIMES. I AM TRYING TO PURCHASE NEW BLACKBERRY APPS AS WELL AS GET TO MY OLD ONES AND IT IS TELLING ME THAT I HAVE REACHED MY MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PINS. I WAS TRYING TO FILL OUT THE BILLING TAB, BUT WHEN I PUT MY PIN IN, IT TOLD ME IT WAS INVALID AND THEREFORE WOULD NOT LET ME SUBMIT IT. I FIGURED I WOULD SUBMIT IT HERE AND HOPE SOMEONE COULD HELP ME. MY DEVICE PIN IS (removed personal information). IT IS A BLACKBERRY STORM.

Hi there!

There is indeed a fix for all of your issues, but the first one that needs to be fixed is the Bad PIN reply from the RIM support site. However, that fix cannot be posted publicly nor via the anonymous portal by which you got to us. Consequently, we need you to come to these forums (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/) and register an account so that we can provide you with direct assistance.
