I want to ask about my bold 9000
I Can not use Blackberry internet service (BIS).
I bought my Bold 9000, in Singapore. but now, I live in Indonesia.
one year ago, I can use BIS in Indonesia.
but, now I can use it.
I have gone to all of provider in Indonesia to solve this problem. But, they can not help me/ they can not solve it.
What happen with my Bold 9000?
is my account suspended? why? what is my false? what's wrong?

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider? You must, in order to get the RIM push email functions you are looking for, as well as additional BlackBerry data services such as the internet browser, Facebook for BlackBerry, BlackBerry Messenger, and much more.
So, call your carrier and inquire about having the BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account.
Also: You have your mobile phone number listed as your "My Mobile Provider" or carrier. Putting your phone number out on the internet on these public forums for the world to see, is not wise. To change that, at the top of this page click on My Settings > Personal Profile > Personal Information, and in the entry block for "Carrier" type the name of your mobile provider.
