I got the 5.0.0.419 OS and they were gone. I went back to 5.0.0.328, now. I don't have them. Smiley Sad

if your applications are not there, please open application loader (in desktop manager) and check them, that will install them again on your device.

I did what you said, I checked off "Documents To Go" and it didn't end up being added to my phone...?

after checking it, does it seem to install the application ?

are you sure the application is not installed after that ? do you see the applications in :

home screen >> options >> applications

It is in: Home Screen >> Options >> Applications, but I can't find it in any of my folders to run.

hello,

 

then it means it is installed but somehow hidden.

If  were you I would use the default theme on the device, and reset the organization ofthe icons, and hide no icons.
