My Device: Blackberry 8330 Curve

I am a Newbie and is unable to sign in to my email account or any account to make changes.

I just purchashed my Blackberry 8330 Curve a couple of weeks ago and at the time signed up with the Blackberry Messenger, but I owm 3 laptops withe the Internet Explorer 7 and Outlook 2007. So just recently I discovered that I could set my Blackberry for the same, but now when I try to sign in to make the changes I am unable to do so. So I also need to know how to Delete, Reset or Re-Activate my account without being able to sign in. Or do I have to call some one? Any way your help & expertise would be greatly appreciated.
