what is the solution to this error 10000
Hi and Welcome to the Community!
Well, the post just above yours does have a link to a KB with causes/solutions...perhaps you can read through that and see if it applies to your situation? Failing that, you can search these forums for other threads with the same error code to see if any alternate solutions exist.

Im thinking its gotto do with some kind of authorization procedure that takes a few days to complete because I was still charged $1 by Digital River even thoe I am unable to purchase/download payed apps.

I am using Blackberry Q10.
whenever i try to purchase any app from blackberry world i get ERROR ID : 10000 (card authorisation failed).
the same card can be used without any problem in google play store.
I have tried nearly all solutions avaible in this forum. I think there might me problem with processing process of vendor " DIGITAL RIVER ".
Please help me out.

Then how to contact blackberry.
Mobile service provider cannot be contacted as the blackberry 10 devices doesnot require blackberry services. it runs on normal gprs plan.
can anybody help me out in contacting Blackberry

That is actually quite contradictory to what I understand as well as experience from others with BB10 devices. The carriers continue to hold responsibility for front line support to their end users, with escalation to BlackBerry when necessary.

I do not know if/how that works, as I've never needed it...but it is there.
