I am getting one-way wireless calendar synchronization from the BlackBerry smartphone to Microsoft Outlook even though I have two way selected

Hi, I am trying to sync calendars from my 9900 to my outlook on PC. I have selected two way sync.

If i add an appointment to my phone it will update outlook. If I add an appt to outlook it fails to add it to my computer.

Please can anyone suggest a solution??
