You're going to have to be more specific.
1. What model # device you have?
2. What carrier?
3. What OS (Look at Options > About, third line down beginning with a "v.4.xxx")?
4. What satnav application?
5. What was the exact error message?
6. When did you get the error message? You said after you installed... so was it right after you installed, or when you clicked on an icon to open the satnav application?
