I am unable to log in to blackberry app world from my Blackberry Storm under verizon wireless. The error message that keeps appearing is "You have used all of your available device PIN changes for you My World Account." I cannot purchase or download any apps from the store because of this and would like this issue fixed.
and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection. Be sure to also include the reason why you have exceeded your maximum allowable PIN associations to AppWorld (e.g., multiple RMA, warranty replacement, etc.).
