I bought an app that dosent work!! how do i get it working or get a refund??

I bought the craigslist app, and it just says internet cannot be reached or something... did I just waste my money? how do i fix it, or get my money back???

Your inquiry needs to be sent as follows. Go to this URL:

and fill out the form. Use, in the "Please select a component:" field, the AppWorld Billing/Payment selection. Be sure to provide them with a complete description with all relevant details.
