I can not enter the BlackBerry World

For my (BlackBerry Bold 9900) I can not go to the BlackBerry World. At first, everything worked, and then I went to the computer to the site and changed the password, and since then telefonane can not go in there. I go to the Blackberry ID, change the data, and there are old data (and I them had already changed through a PC.), I enter a new password - do not write is correct, I enter the old - it is taken, and longer still does not go ....

What is the exact error you're receiving when trying to access BlackBerry World from your BlackBerry Bold 9900 smartphone?

BlackBerry World is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry World server.

Verify your network connections and try again.

 

Wi fi enabled.
