OK, so I think we have a language challenge. Let me see if I can state what I think you mean to say.
You had a JVM545 error...hopefully you have already read this:
To fix it, you re-installed your BB OS. But, when you go to Manage Connections, the Mobile Network section never properly connects, only displaying the spinning green circle, until it eventually goes to a greyed out box, when it should go to the box with a check mark in it.
Is that right?
If so, then the first thing to do is make sure you are running the most recent OS available for your device...via this portal, you can seek out different carriers that support your device, and see if perhaps one of them has a package that is newer than what you are presently running:
If so, then you should use that newer OS on your BB (as the KB for the 545 error instructs). You should also do the other things that the KB for the 545 error instructs...it is completely possible that your device has a serious problem, and formal support via your carrier may be required.
