I can't access Blackberry ID from my Bold, it keeps telling me I don't exist!

Is there a way to solve this. I even did a password reset although I knew my password was correct! That didn't help and I'm about to get my data erased!!! What a crock!!!

this is growing into a big problem for RIM! im in the same oat as you and no answer as yet.
