Hi and Welcome to the Community!
i followed the instructions exactly
Unfortunately, there are several different instruction sets in this thread, and links to still others. So, from just those words, I'm not able to understand exactly which set you followed...
but when i double click the loader.exe and i press next and next it says add or remove programs it has no programs
Normally, this is due to one (or more) of the following:
So, with that, can you determine what is going wrong for your situation?
and i cant start my phone
Ummm...so it's not running at all? If that's the case, that could be yet another cause to what is happening...after all, the BB must be running in order for LOADER to recognize it. Perhaps I don't understand clearly...or perhaps you need this trick:
i forgot to back up my device.. is that a problem is it why it does not lets me?
No, that would not be part of your current issues. But, it may be a big problem for you once you recover. In some situations, the process you are running can take a backup and restore after it's done...in other cases, it cannot do that.
Good luck and let us know!

OK thanks...so, from the 4 possible reasons I gave you above (as to the reasons you are seeing what you are seeing on your PC -- the 507 on the device is normal given what you've done), can you tell what is the cause?
why is it has to be so difficult updating the os anyway
It doesn't have to be...you chose to use one of the more destructive and complicated methods, and the process you quoted may be missing some critical steps (e.g., the VENDOR.XML bit I mentioned).
So, please review what I gave you above and see what's missing.

i understanded what to do now i just hope it works.. as i understand it it says to me i have to pull out the battery then go to desktop manager and press update i have to press get update to get the latest update for my phone is this correct till now?
Maybe, depending on those 4 items I asked you about earlier that you've still skipped over. It might work, or it might not...but I'll not go into the technical reasons why or why not. Rather, give it a try and let me know what happens. If it still fails, then I'll give you something else to try (the part I think was missing from the process you chose to follow).
