I can't use app world application and website

Hi there,

 

I'm trying to use the app world application in my BB Bold 9700 but I get this error:

 

you are not connected to the wireless network 

 

I tried also to download apps from the app world website but I get this error:

 

Device Radio Off

BlackBerry App World requires that your device radio is turned on to continue.

 

Is there any solution for this ?

yes, simply turn on the radio network.

I did, I turned on all the networks in my phone the radio, WI-FI and even the bluetooth

BlackBerry App World to work you need to have either BlackBerry data plan or access to Wi-Fi network. If you don't have BB data plan then you must be connected to Wi-Fi coverage. Also check and have the latest version of App World from http://www.blackberry.com/appworld.
