I cannot Synch My P'9981 Using the Desktop Software

Please help! I always get an error message whenever I try to synchronize my organizer on my phone and Computer. I have uninstalled the software and installed again. Please what can I do?

Are you using BlackBerry Link or BlackBerry Desktop Manager ?
