I had the same problem about 20mins ago , try turning off your windows fire wall and all anit- virus protection and give it another go !

just to see if anyone is still looking for a solution.  Just wait unitl the error pops up, navagate to the folder it was installing to and then move it somewhere the installer can not delete it when it shuts down.  The programs are all there and installed.  Just ignore the stupid error.
