I cannot get your licensing support form to accept my PIN which is: XXXXXXXXMy problem is on App World I didn't get an Activation Code for ReadyWords. I have tried reconciling purchases many times as directed on the site but nothing is working. There are indeed issues with the RIM support forms rejecting valid PIN's...mine as well was being rejected until just very recently. However, the fix for that requires that you come to the forums and register an account so that we may send you a Private Message (a function of our public forums) with those instructions.
