I was using a curve before and was able to log into my account. But since I started using my Bold 9900 I have not been able to log in. I can log in on my computer with the same details but when i try on my phone i get an error message "Unable to log in to your Blackberry ID account" It doesnt tell me that my password or username is incorrect, that means something is wrong somewhere.
