I cannot sent any email from my bb

I cannot sent any email from my bb neither I can use bbm .I cannote activate the status I'm trying from a month but cannot activate please tell me thanks

I cannot activate my status mand cammot send or recive email and also cannot use bbm

Do you have a Blackberry Data Plan? In order to use the majority of data functions on your phone you need a specific Blackberry Data Plan as opposed to a generic carrier data plan or wifi only.
