I cannot sign in to my APP world for download with my BlackBerry ID.
When i sign in,after authentication it will give me an erro message (an errow has occured)
Please what could be the problem and what do i do?

Are you able to login to App World from your PC ! Also where are you getting the error message on your device ,If it is on your device can you share with us the complete error message ?
