I have recently updated the desktop software to 7.0. Now my Bold 9700 will not sync, I get a message from Microsft Windows saying that the Blackberry Desktop has stopped running. I have tried to remove the software from my computer with no success. Funny thing is that is says the software version is 6.0 bundle 2921 but my Control pannel, install/remove shows it as 7.0. Help.
