when i open blackberry desktop program it shows i have a update for my 9360 when i try to make it gives me
( connecting to your blackberry device ) for 3 minutes then gives me ( there was an error updating your software )

What version of Mac BlackBerry Desktop Software are you running? Have you tried connecting to a different USB port? Also is there any errors appearing on the BlackBerry Curve 9360?
