I forgot my password for my blackberry id and then I use the reset password from my phone yesterday, but til now I did not receive any link to reset the password on my email (Removed personal information to comply with Community Guidelines and Terms and Conditions of Use.). I tried today to reset the password from the web www.blackberry.com / blackberryid even after resetting it says that the link to reset has been sent to your email but I still didn't receive the email to reset the password.

1. Sign in to this email account through a web browser.
2. Open the password reset email and click the link to reset your password.
till now i haven't received any email with the link to reset the password
